Fresh graduates in Beijing are taking home significantly smaller monthly salaries this year compared with their counterparts last year, the Beijing Morning Post reported Saturday. Figures show the average monthly pay is RMB1,233 in low-tier industries, RMB1,937 in medium-tier industries and RMB5,763 in upper-tier industries, compared with last year's figures of RMB1,101, RMB2,407, RMB7,817, respectively.
據《北京晨報》30日報道，2010年北京應屆畢業(yè)生月工資低位數、中位數和高位數分別為1233元、1937元和5763元，與去年的1101元、2407元和7817元相比，薪酬明顯降低。

Another report on annual salaries for Beijing employees in 2009 shows that annual take-home pay was about RMB189,084 for those in the finance industry, RMB216,893 for those in the life insurance industry, RMB146,457 for those in the power industry and RMB118,276 for postal employees. The figure for many other industries was less than 100,000.
此外，京城新公布的2009年各行業(yè)人力成本顯示，金融業(yè)人均年薪為189084元、人壽保險216893元、電力供應146457元、郵政行業(yè)118276元，上述行業(yè)的工資普遍高于其它行業(yè)。普通行業(yè)人員年薪多在幾萬元。
